Replaygain after retagging

I have an album in MPC format with only APEv2 tags and replaygain information scanned with foobar.  Tonight I edited the filenames to fix capitalization then retagged with Tag, once again only in APEv2.  Then in foobar I selected each individual file and hit Reload info from file.  The album being 17 songs I noticed when doing so about 4-5 songs had the "replaygain_track_peak =" field change.  The change was always in the second to smallest digit being 0.0000x0 and no other fields change.  After renaming and retagging do I have to scan for replaygain again?  Or is something else wrong?  All the files play back fine, and the change seems far below what human hearing could notice I was just wondering about the reason behind this.

This appears to be a well-known issue with Musepack replaygain reading. It has nothing to do with foobar2000. Moreover - the RG info in case of Musepack is not stored in APE tags. You don't have to worry anyway. If you want more info --- try browsing the Musepack forum.
