Zero length gaps in EAC

Hi. I noticed that a lot (but not all) of my CDs appear to have zero gaps at all when using the "detect gap" feature of EAC.
Is this normal? The first track generally has a 00:00:02 gap, but all the other tracks have zero length gaps.

Don't believe everything you read, especially if it's in an EAC guide.
