About .snd files

So I just came around lurking GDI dumps, when I found .snd files of a Shenmue game. When I extracted these .snd files from the folder where the dump originated from, I tried to test them. And it didn't work, literally same error from my previous thread(but at least I tried to solve it).

But then I remembered that inside these .snd files are actually .dtpk files, as I saw from a hexadecimal editor. I doubt if that .dtpk file is even supported on one of foobar2000 plugins since I still need some suggestion to extract those .dtpk files from .snd files.

Any solution from this?
