WavPack support now including in VUPlayer

Yesterday, the author of the VUPlayer audio player wrote me to say he added support to the audio player to enable native WavPack (.WV) playback support.

I had asked him to add this feature, and I thank James for adding it. I wanted all lossless WavPack format enthusiasts to know of the updated VUPlayer version. Also James updated VUPlayer and his popular Adobe Audition plugins to support the new FLAC 1.1.1 version and also Ogg Vorbis 1.1.0.

added WavPack playback support
updated to version 1.1.0 of the Vorbis libraries
