Decoding RC4 with RC3 Decoder

I have a question.  Is there any fundamental difference using the pre 1.0 release of the Vorbis decoder to decode a Vorbis  1.0 file?  I have an old Cool Edit Pro plugin that decodes RC3, and when I compare the spectrum it gives me to the spectrum of the same file decoded with OggDec 1.0, I see no difference.  Are the differences very subtle, or am I just blind?

Thanks,
Tim

Decoder specs were finalized already for RC3. So there's no difference.

Great, but it still stands that RC3 _decoder_ was final, long before Vorbis 1.0.
