Help with song quality and formatting

Hye guys, i did a fresh windows install..and i have lost of my Foobar settings..CAn someone please let me know what are the best settings for sound quality??

Also, i need someone to give me the playlist title formatting so ONLY THE ARTIST, THE NAME OF THE SONG, and the DURATION (lenght of the song)..I dont want anything else to appear on the foobar playlist.

Also one last thing..i used to have the "current song playing" font in red. But i jsut cant seem to get to work now..

Soo please someone help me!!!
