Can't monitor library on Mac via Crossover?

Just wondering. Mac is a pain with iTunes and all.. foobar is the only app that is great for monitoring an entire collection of music of different filetypes. I set it to monitor the music folder on my external, but it does not. The album list along with all other components are grayed out. I tried to install Facets via crossover and it isn't even letting me see the .dll as a foobar filetype. Any help is appreciated.
