Hello.

Among these five speakers, could you please tell me which one are compatible with an iPod, which one are compatible with an iPhone, and which one are compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S3 ?

The JBL, the Bose and the two B&W speakers are Airplay compatible, so they'll work with Apple devices (and Android devices with the proper app). I can't see whether they're got DLNA support as well, which is nice to have for Android devices.

And if all else fails, it looks like they also support Bluetooth and obviously a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Sonos Sub only works in context of a full Sonos system, which you probably don't have since you're asking.

The Sony supports Airplay and DLNA, as well as Bluetooth. The Philips looks like it doesn't support Airplay, but it does support Bluetooth, and there's a dock for iPhones on top.
