commercial MP3 encoder - lame alternative

Hi,

is there any commercial MP3 encoder using Fraunhofer IIS Technology which is capable of following:

  - command line (Win32)
  - Tagging
  - Support of all CBR & VBR Bitrates  up to 320kbps

Hi,

thanks for this.  Seems to be no support fro VBR - I have heared from vbr support using fraunhofer technologoy, but maybe only in gui programs like NERO / musicmatch?
