Need to write Metadata to already made Flac Files

I have a pretty large Flac collection. All of them have Replygain set on them(Album setting). I didn't start writeing tags for artist, album, ect. to my collection till later on so some of my Flac Files have the id tags and some don't. Now I need to have all of them with Id tag info on them. Is there a program that will batch process all my Flac files and write ID tags to them without messing up the Replaygain tags? I am really protective over my Flac file collection and I need to write the ID tags to them but I don't want to do anything to mess them up or mess up the Replaygain tags. Any suggestions on a program to do this or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-Darin

Foobar2000 can do all that, and more.  It has a programmable masstagger that can guess information from filenames, and also a 3rd party plugin to retrieve data from freedb CD databases.

I checked it out and it seems pretty cool. How do I set it to write tag information with information from the filename?

Depends what exactly you want it to do.  There are an awful lot off different ways to get it to do most tagging tasks you could think of.

You might want to have a look at the file "Show info box" and the "Masstagger".

In case you can sort your files properly by tracknumber you should also have a look at FB2K's Free DB component.  It can tag most kind of files (full Albums) directly from the Free DB database and can save a lot of work.

Just browse the FB2K forum for a bit and I'm sure you'll find the answers to most of your questions.
