wavegain installing problems

I checked the previous questions ive asked about this issue but couldent find my question..i upgraded my pc to windows 10 and in doing so I messed up wavegain because it wont open up anymore
open up anymore..i tried all the installing option but they don't seem to work..what else can I try to install it?is it still being supported?

I use it myself on a daily basis under win 10 x64 without issue. However, I would be hesitant to install it into one of the Program Files folders as that may well cause an issue.
