Plextor PX-712A - Maximum Operation Temperature

Does anyone know the maximum temperature at which the PX-712A can operate flawlessly?

I am asking because during these hot days, my chassis temperature almost reaches 50 °C although I have two chassis fans which both work without problems. A few days ago I received my new PX-712A since the old one which I bought almost one year ago went kaputt and I don't want to damage this one by overheating it.

Edit..
Current temperatures:
  • Room: 28 °C
  • Chassis: 46 °C
  • HDD: 38 °C
  • CPU (decoding MP3s): 46 °C

The manual says 5 to 40C operating temperature, -40 to 60C storage temperature.
