EAC: secure mode test+copy: is Action/T+C selected/Compressed the way?

EAC-Action-test and copy selected tracks-compressed (to flac)
when secure mode check.


this is the way to do it?

That's one way of doing it, if by "doing it" you mean to rip tracks to flac files using a secure extraction method.

I'm on record literally hundreds of times about how I think is the best way to go about doing it, so I'm not going to bother repeating it here.
