Raplacing 128 MP3 with 192 MP3 or higher

hi, i kind of suspect my dreams haven't yet been put into reality, but just in case:
i've always been downloading mp3s and converted them to 128 to save disk space. Now i bought more disk space and i want all my mp3 music collection to be replaced with better quality mp3s. i am aware that conversion itself doesnt make any sense, but i would really like to have a program which automaticaly searches  some filesharing programs and automaticaly downloads and replaces your bad quality mp3s with higher quality. did you ever come across something like that?
