Possible to share SACD/DVDA metabase for multiple computers?

I have a lot of SACD and DVD-A ISO files.  The tags are stored in a separate metabases on my computer.  Problem is that I have several computers.  Is it possible to put the metabases on a shared drive and have Foobar use the shared drive to access the metabase?  If I update a tag on one computer, I have to copy and paste the metadata to all the other computers.

My music is all stored on a shared drive.  The metabases are stored locally on each computer under c:\users\name\AppData\Roaming\Foobar2000.  Wish there was someway to tell Foobar to look for the SACD/DVDA metabases under a shared folder.  Then I wouldn't have to copy/paste for each computer to have updated metabase.

Thanks for any advise.

foo_input_sacd has the option (unless you're using a fairly old version) to store the XML file with its ISO instead. Tick the "Store Tags With ISO" option on the component's foobar Preferences page.

Ben, I've spent a few days trying to figure out why some of the tags aren't getting updated when I copy the sacd Metabase folder to another computer.  Well....I just found that one of my computer's had the store tags with ISO checked while the other computer didn't.  I spent countless hours trying to figure this out.  A big THANK YOU for solving this mystery for me.

Writing the tags to the ISO certainly helps tremendously when using multiple computers on a shared music folder.  Wish they would do the same for the DVD-A ISO's!

Thanks again!
