Ape cover art and tags in Windows Explorer

Hello I'm new here, I really hope any of you could help me.

I'm trying make Windows explorer show the preview of the cover art of my APE monkey audio files as it happens with Flac or mp3, but I really don't know how to do. I have Windows 7.

I found surfing the web a discussion where somebody talked about regedit and the windows registry and command lines to solve the tags issue, but I didn't understand enough. This is the link to the discussion if it can be helpful.  http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php...etc-in-Explorer

Can anyone tell me how to do please? Thanks in advance.

If you have dBpoweramp installed then it will supply the cover art for FLAC and Monkeys Audio to Windows Explorer.

i'm not sure if there are alternatives but you can use the free version of dbpoweramp if all you want is the explorer features.

Thanks Spoon and Mark you're wonderful as wonderful is dbPoweramp, I'm trying the 21days trial of reference version but the only thing that upsets me is that I can't install the Fraunhofer codec, can you tell me what I have to do to display the Fraunhofer option when I convert to mp3? It only shows Lame

We have just released R15 of dBpoweramp, it is 64 bit and we still have to work through various separate encoders to update to 64 bit, this will take a number of weeks.
