So when i was encoding a few songs with latest version of FDK the bit rate seems to be read by windows & dbpoweramp as 0kbps yet the bit rate shows up fine on foobar has anyone else noticed this?.

That's because:
- On VBR mode, fdkaac sets average bitrate property in the MP4 container to zero (because the ISO standard requires to do so).
- dBpa and others just pick the average bitrate property as-is.

I know that quire many ignore this part of the ISO standard, but I don't want to be the next man to do so.
