confirm exit if diskwriter is working

I started converting several files and sometime later accidentaly closed foobar. Bad Thing, because I have to hunt and remove those few unfinished files left on my disk.
Foobarshould warn before exiting that diskwriter is still working.

other useful related features might be:
  • use .tmp extension for files being encoded
  • option to [re]move original files after successful conversion
  • dont allow multiple instances of diskwriter. instead on convert operations add files to currently working diskwriter's queue (running more diskwriters than cpus wont speed up anything)
