Speex vs. Delphi, Kylix support?

Hello,

i would like to ask you, if there's any Delphi, Kylix source traslation or compiled win32 dll for the current version of Speex?

The only one i found: http://www.speex.org/download/Speex_Delphi_Demo.zip
[Smallish Delphi example written by John Villar]

but there are files: Speex.pas (unit) and Speex.dll (library) missing!
