Clipboard content in title formatting

Is it in any way possible to use the windows clipboard content in a title formatting function?

I would like to create a button to paste the clipboard into a certain tag.

thanks for your answer, but there's no way to make that into a button right?
and pasting it in manually is still quicker. Guess I'm stuck to that
