Internet Radio 2-byte character support

I'm now using Foobar2000 v0.9.3 final.

When I listen to the Internet-radio(http streaming), the titles of the songs with 2-byte characters are broken.

In the case of the songs in my HDD, everything is fine.

Anybody can help this problem?

Could you at least give an example for such a problematic stream, so someone could have a look at it and reproduce the problem?
