Catalog for Flac files on cd

Is there an application who can create databases of flac files with ape2 tags archived on cd-r, like mpeg audio collection do for numerous format ?

Other question : what tagging system LA files use ?

LA files preserve the original WAV metadata (if present, although this is not commonly used), but for general tagging purposes I believe ID3v1.1 is the "official" tagging method.
