Result of libOpus 1.1 @ 199 kbps (160 nominal) vs FLAC ABX listening test, using a problematic sample (converted from MIDI).

A low-frequency compression artifact is present, similar to wind noise. You can hear it at lower bitrates more easily (~96kbps sample attached). It can be heard when using other lossy encoders, too, but opus was the worst on this sample.
Besides, a whispering effect is added to the oboe, and can be easily heard at 0:21.
I hope these issues will be corrected soon, opus is a really promising codec.
