Mp4 tagging ...

Why doesn't Nero MP4 Encoder create any tags?
Is this such a big problem or what?
(I'm usin Nero ver. 6.0.0.28 - maybe later version creates them?)
And there ain't any friendly and usable software to put them on later. I'm surley not going to spend rest of my life tagging one by one file. Any help?

And I wonder would it be better to put *.m4a extension on the end of encoded audio file instead of Mp4 since that is exactly what it is - an mp4 audio file. So no mistake can be taken, by human or software or machine.

Yes there are. Foobar2000 can tag them. So can this program:
