Error when creating new playlist tab

Something strange with radio webcast. What I do:
1 - open foobar2000 directly to my "radio" playlist tab.
2 - create a new playlist tab.
3 - launch one of the web broadcast radio stations.
4 - go to the new playlist tab that's just been created.

I do these operations in the order 1-2-3-4 or 1-3-2-4. At step 4, foobar2000 freezes and I get that message. Other times no error message is displayed. And just one "failure.txt" file is created. But other times 360 "failure.txt" files are created.

failure.txt (when there is only one that's created):
Code: [Select]
Illegal operation:

Access violation, operation: write, address: 00000005h
Additional info: main message loop
This is the first crash logged by this instance.

When 360 "failure.txt" files are created: all the files are in this zip file.

- W2kSP4 with fb2k beta 8.
- The links I include may work badly, sorry for that.

I will investigate later, and pray for a playback list that operates independent of the visible playlist, so I don't have to track playlist switches. (Unless multiple history sets are a must.)
