Vorbis RC3 plugins for Winamp

Peter has released new plugins based on Vorbis RC3 for Winamp 2.xx.

In_Vorbis 1.17beta(included in the wa2update pack)

The new decoder needs to be tested, so please test throughly and report bugs/problems to Peter (PP).

Well, the Vorbis plugin seems to work fine.

But the REAL treat that comes with this wa2update pack is the Experimental DirectSound Output plugin. This thing is awesome!!!

It has an option called 'gapless mode' which allows me to listen to whole-album OGG encoded collections continuously, in order, WITHOUT ANY GAPS (and no cheesy crossfading)!!! This is the only way to enjoy Pink Floyd for example.

No more single BIG MP3 files. No more CUE sheets.

Now I can enjoy Winamp as much as I do XMMS.

It's Chairman Kaga from Iron Chef.

Iron Chef is a really weird, but extremely cool Japanese TV show that airs here in the States on FoodTV Fri. and Sat. nights.

The yellow pepper is Kaga's "trademark", so to speak.
