How to convert MP3 to PCM2400 mono

Hi everyone,
I am new member and working with Barix Exstreamer 100 product. VoIP & Audio streaming.
I am currently facing a problem of not knowing what software can be use to convert MP3 to PCM2400 mono
Highly appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem.

I've never heard of PCM2400*, and I didn't find it on the Barix web page...

Do you know anything about that format?  Can you tell us what you are trying to accomplish?

I found this on the Barix web page:

•Ogg Vorbis, WMA (up to version 9)
•PCM (L16, uLaw, aLaw), 8..48 kHz sample freq.
•G.711, G.722





* PCM is very common.  Normal WAV files are PCM, CDs are PCM, but we need the number of bits and the sample rate.  And, we might need to know if it's u-Law or A-Law.  And, we might need to know if it's a "raw" PCM file or it has a WAV header, etc.

For example, CDs are 16-bit, 44.1kHz, stereo (linear) PCM.
