What's the difference between the two? I understand that the latter would be more buggier, but since it's heavily worked on, perhaps bugs are ironed out?

I can't find any changlelog's on Case's site; Should I be looking elsewhere?

Also, I noticed on Case's site that there's "ICL compiled components." What are they, and how will they optimize my Athlon Xp 2500+?
