CUETools: 0/0 ? No match but offset

The AR record was found, but it doesn't contain readable data.
I don't believe a definitive explanation was given why this exists for an entire disc. It's been theorized that the data was either removed or put in limbo. ([a href='index.php?act=findpost&pid=743235']link[/a]) ([a href='index.php?act=findpost&pid=765322']link[/a])
"No match but offset" at zero offset in v2.1.2a means "No match" but the offset is probably correct. This was replaced with "No match" in v2.1.4. More on the CUETools log here.
