folder context menu - not every folder

Hi,
on some folders foobar2000 doesn't appear in context menu.
What can I do?

I already set the needed preferences with admin rights - I use Windows 7 Ultimate (at the moment: 32-Bit)

please help me, if it's a little bug, how can I tell it the author of foobar2000 (I don't find his email adress)

Thanks

People are digging too deep for this problem. The cause is much simpler.

Closest to the source of the problem was Anentropia in this topic.
He said:

because

„I know that the code of the explorer has been quite changed since Vista, and since it's an very fundamental component I doubt it will be changed - if the explorer is the reason for this at all..”

Yes, M$ added some new „attributes” for folders and called them „Optimize this folder for:”.
To see / change these attributes, right click on folder, select „Properties”, select „Customize” tab.
Look what folder is „optimized” for.

There are 5 options available:

General Items
Documents
Pictures
Music
Videos

Only folders with attributes „General Items” or „Documents” will show foobar2000 items in folder context menu.
(How ironic! Folders with attribute „Music” are not in the list foobar2000 is handling…).

This could be a hint for foobar2000 developers to solve this.
It would be good if foobar2000 could handle folders of any kind of "optimization",
because you never know what „optimization” attributes Windows 7 Explorer may “decide” to assign for the particular folder…
