FhG Fastencc stereo collapse bug.

Hmm, I just gave an advice to a person to use fastencc 1.02's fastenc at 128kbps because it doesn't have stereo collapse bug at that bitrate.. Or so I thought.

After testing once again, it actually does have stereo collapse bug even at 128kbps.
Don't know from where that misinformation that 128kbps fastencc's fastenc is ok has come from.. Aargh. Should always test every encoder and every setting again..

Maybe previous fastencc's fastenc was good at 128kbps but 1.02 definitely ain't.
