How to cut-out more places in StaxRip?

Greetings,
I'm not too familiar with staxrip's cutting editor, personally I like much more the one of Tmpgenc, however for some reason I'm forced to use staxrip. One thing I couldnot resolve is the cutting system of it. Can I get some guideline how to cut out more  than one place from captured video? Whatever I do the superfluous region remains in the video, thanks
