Terminus for me. Dunno about programming, but it's damn good as a console font.

I find the 7x13-iso8859-1 perfect for programming/terminal usage.

Seconded. I use it for everything monospaced on all my machines. The only exceptions are when heavy unicode usage is necessary, but that's pretty rare.
