mp3gain 0.7.0 Beta (and source code!)

Update to mp3gain (GUI now at version 0.7.0 Beta, back end version 1.0.4).
New features:

Neat. But I suggest attaching a license to it (e.g. GPL) ASAP before someone else grabs the source and abuses it somehow.

EDIT: LGPL may be nice, I think there may be people (Dark Avenger, DSP Guru) who might want to make a .dll of it and include it in their projects.

Ooh, thanks for the reminder. The source files do have the LGPL notice in them, but I forgot to include the lgpl.txt file in the zip file.

BeSweet v1.2 already offers mp3 gain assertion, but it isn't based on MP3gain.
it's based on iso-11172 & iso-13818
