Why is "Rip directly to MP3" grayed out?

It used to be that I could rip directly to MP3. Now, that option is not available. Any ideas? I am using the latest version of AG and Lame Encoder.

Just a guess - 32-bit AudioGrabber, 64-bit LAME DLL?

Sorry, folks. I assumed the Audiograbber forum actually _became_ this forum. Hence, my using the acronym. I was wrong.

Thanks! That makes complete sense. I will make sure that I reinstall and choose the right Lame.DLL.

mjb2006, you may have unwittingly resolved my other problem as posted here: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....showtopic=93065  LOL.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Most likely.

Since release of v 3.99 the (Lame) plugin is available with 64bit-support. This one only contains the exe-file, for the DLL unfortunatly doesn't work with Audiograbber any longer.

I got it! I have to UNcheck "Rip All Tracks Before Encoding"! Much too simple!
