Columns UI: Comparing current and previous track

I don't know much about the syntax, but from other people's fcs file I got this line
$if($stricmp($num(%tracknumber%,2),01),%_bar%). This line returns a bar if the tracknumber of a file equals to 1. Is there a way to return a bar if the two album title on a playlist is different. Is there a way to compare album titles of one previous track?

Well. Although I don't understand the use for this...

IMO, nope. Maybe foo cwb hooks can do it but on a quick glance i can't find any command like that so sorry.
You'll just have to use tracknumbers.
