MP3Gain doesn't produce an error log

MP#Gain doesn't produce an error log saying its' missing. What I mean by this is that a popup windows shows up telling me the error log file is missing and would  I like to create it. I say yes and the file still comes up blank therefore not being able to see what the errors are. and one is never created even after the 'yes' I decided to create the missing file-Created a text file and named it as such changing the extension. and though the error no longer pops up, since the log file (created by me) now exists in its directory. it still shows up empty.
The exact file that is missing is called, 'MP3GainGUIErrors.log'
My MP3gain version is 1.2.5
Windows OS: Win 7 home premium x64

Thank you

MSVBVM60.DLL, MSCOMCTL.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX are registered in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ ?

If MP3Gain is in Program Files directory, have you tried running as admin? (see question in [a href='index.php?act=findpost&pid=704463']this post[/a] and answer in [a href='index.php?act=findpost&pid=704567']this post[/a])
