I do not think there's a way to rip the hi-rez audio from DVD-Audio discs. However, if it is audio from "normal" DVDs you're after, it's possible. You could use for example the DVD Decrypter to rip the VOBs to your hard disc and then something like BeSweet to convert the VOBs to 48kHz WAVs.

Hope I'm not violating any rules here.
