Ripping audio, From concert DVD to high-quality mp3

I recently purchased Blind Guardian's live concert DVD, and I'd like to be able to rip the audio into a fairly high-quality mp3 (I usually rip at 192 kbps) so I can listen at school. What program can I use for this?
