Assuming you use Windows, I like Microsoft's own SyncToy.

For synchronisations between different hard drives, I use and like FreeFileSync due to its flexibility. Because I don't do a fully automatic backup-like synchronisation, I like the preview of all files that are going to be moved, deleted or erased (according to the configured behaviour) and to be able to set manual per-file exceptions easily.
