iRiver iFP-190TC vs MPIO FL100

They look very similar with respect to functionality.
I am not sure if the MPIO supports VBR.

Would you tell me which one is better?
Notice that SD/MMC expansion is a plus, but not essential to me since I don't have any SD/MMC card, and I think 256MB is enough to me.
