Convert .flac to .vob/DVD

Hello, i have some surround and high definition .flac files and will play this with my DVD/BlueRay Player (I have no Blue Ray recorder)
What is the best way/software to do this. And, what video editing software can handle .flac  5.1 and 6 CHANNELS? And convert this to .vob ( My player can not handle DVD-A!)

Convert it to AC-3 with Aften or ffmpeg and then use it with a DVD authoring tool such as DVD Flick or AVStoDVD or Muxman.

AC 3 is "lossy" compression!
