UpnP bubbleUPnP Android

Hello everybody...
I'm trying to stream music from my Windows7 64 ultimate + and foobar2000 (latest) to my Android tablet connected via WiFi (outside my LAN).
I must install this
and this component to work.
I'm following this instructions to setup
But, i need to install foobar2000 in windows and the bubbleupnp in android, and that's all?

thanks!...

The instructions you include in your post is about UPnP MediaRenderer Output(http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_upnp) which is something different from UPnP/DLNA Renderer, Server, Control Point.(http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_upnp)

The first component allows you to select an upnp device on your LAN , for output.
The second component adds a upnp server (for your foobar library) / upnp browser ( for accessing upnp servers-local or from internet).

What to do :
For The PC.
Install the UPnP/DLNA Renderer, Server, Control Point component (http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_upnp) and activate the upnp server from the prefernces page.

Install the bubble upnp Server which will let you access all active upnp servers on that pc.
http://bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver/
For access to the server outside your LAN , you must set-up port forwarding.

For the tablet.
Install the bubble upnp application (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bubblesoft.android.bubbleupnp.unlocker&hl=es) on your tablet.
Local upnp servers will be visible immediately in the application.
To access the remote bubbleupnp server , go to settings and use the "setup network wizard".

Do any upnp servers show up in foobar2000 upnp browser? (Menu > View > Upnp Browser).
If not disable firewall just for testing, and then retry.
Also enable upnp server on mobile device BubbleUpnp App (Settings > Local Media Server > Enable)

no, i don't see any foobar2000 upnp servers in browser. only plex, and the server itself. see this:https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2vZ6lUhEr87aFVpeUFwQzkxT2c&authuser=0
the firewall are granted for foobar2000, it's not general disabled
i'll try to attach more pictures tomorrow
