.cdr is used by the Apple Disk Utility for a CD master image. It does NOT work for audio in that context, only data disks.

Roxio Toast and the Mac OSX Finder can mount and display the contents of these files - unless .cdr means something else here.

I haven't tried dealing with those files on my last remaining Windows machines, for which no new software will be purchased, and so cannot say how they behave with applications like Nero, etc.

A .cdr extension is normally for mac if you have download mac os x
just goto your mac and goto disk utility. Make it bootable and boot your mac
then it should install
And there you go.

Not to both thread hijack & resurrect ( well yes , actually ) , the giveawayoftheday has the new (Engelmann) CDRWIN 9 old version  (rather tahn 10) is free 'today only!'
