FLAC to Mp3 question

hey,

I've been ripping a few CDs and then converting to FLAC for archiving, then encoding with lame 3.90.3 for portable use.  When using the All2lame frontend and Tag.exe, I noticed the transcoding works fine, and the tags were written ok...except it says the FLAC input file has "no known tags".  Is it ok just to ignore this or is this indicating something I did wrong?
thanks
