Does anyone know of a program that lets you tag multiple AAC files?

I don't know but, in the worst of cases, you can rename them to MP3 and tag with normal taggers. (Don't forget to rename them back to AAC later.  )

Just be sure to apply ID3v2 tags only - Faad doesn't support ID3v1.

(I, personally, wouldn't ever tag my AACs)

BTW: If you ever come to an "ADTS syncword error" message with in_faad - the reason is the tag.
