Use of scroll in some menus | Disabled

Like the title says, some menus don't allow the use of Mouse Wheel Scroll, which is a pain in the arse, specially if the list is quite big. Check image. Clicking the arrow in order to reach the bottom, it's annoying



Anyway of overcoming this headache?
