HD>MTP sync utility

Can anyone recommend a sync utility that with minimum hassle will sync a folder of M3U playlists and the WMA tracks thereby referenced from HD to a MTP digital music player? Specifically a Creative ZEN.

Currently the nearest solution I had found falls well short. It is:

1) Launch JRiver Media Center or Jukebox
2) On MC, delete all playlists and tracks, and "removed database" records. On MJ, create new library
3) Import playlists and tracks
4) In device options, select all playlists
5) Click sync.

One click would be nice!
