Convert with only processing?

I have a usb hard drive for my car stereo, and many music files in .wav, .mp3 .wma and .m4a formats.

I run Fb2k v1.0 on my pc and utilise the scanned replay gain info (the files themselves are not modified).

The car stereo doesn't benefit from replay gain.

I wish to copy many of these files to my car usb hard drive.
The .wav files are fine as I can convert to .mp3 and apply replaygain processing.

Is there anyway I can apply replay gain processing to the .mp3, .wma and .m4a files without re-encoding them?
As in is there an option via "convert menu" that doesn't actually convert, just applies the processing options?
