I converted a CD to FLAC and then Replay Gained the files. When I burn this CD again, will the Replay Gain information be included with the files on the CD?

By the files on the CD, do you mean you are going to burn FLAC files to a CD? Or are you going to convert FLAC to WAV and then burn a CD? If you are converting to WAV first, you need a program like foobar2000 that will adjust the gain on the files according to the replaygain tags.

Replaygain takes the form of tags so, it would be the same as a tag for artist or title. Those tags can be transported (via CD Text) however they usually are not. You need the proper software first.
